Abstract

Editing raster graphics, such as photographs, is a common practice. It is possible to correct errors made during taking photos, to assemble new ones from existing photos, to remove excess objects from photos, to replace problematic areas of photos with other parts. Polishing a photo, giving it a new look by applying different photo filters, adding text to photos, reshaping photos to transfer them to other surfaces, such as a mug, are just some of these actions.
