Abstract

The article scientifically analyzes the constitutional and legal foundations of the institution of family in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the new Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the family and the formation of a legal basis for its social protection. The constitutional foundations for the social protection of families by the state have been created.
