Abstract

The modernization program is a qualitatively new approach to the education system in Uzbekistan. It provides not just for the transfer to students of a certain amount of knowledge, the theory of an object, but for the inculcation of skills and experience of practical activities in a market economy and the formation of their creative and research abilities during the period of study in a secondary school and in a higher educational institution, that is a change in the educational paradigm is planned.
