Nutrition culture in kindergarten is a necessary subject in modern life. In the face of constant lack of time, fast food, which seems attractive, excludes healthy foods from our diet. This is not at all beneficial for the body of a growing child. Since children spend most of the day in kindergarten, it is the responsibility of educators to teach them to eat healthy, tasty, beautiful, and most importantly, carefully.
